For bug reports, lost progress, ad issues, or privacy requests, email us with the app version, device model, and reproduction steps. Never send your Apple credentials or sign-in codes.

Lost progress: Do not delete the app before contacting us. Keep the current device and app installation when possible.

Account deletion: Use the in-app control in BOOM when a linked account is available, or email us if that path fails.
