BOOM Terms of Use

1. Fictional simulation
BOOM is an entertainment game. Its businesses, assets, prices, returns, and events are fictional or simulated. Nothing in BOOM is financial, investment, legal, tax, or religious advice, and there is no cash-out or claim on real assets.
2. License
Aflarion grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use BOOM in accordance with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable law.
3. Fair use
You may not reverse engineer, automate abuse, manipulate advertisements, impersonate another player, attack services, or use modified clients to access account or competitive features.
4. Optional services
Rewarded ads, Game Center, Sign in with Apple, and online features may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Guest play and local progress are separate from any linked account.
5. Progress and updates
We may rebalance the simulated economy, fix exploits, migrate save data, or require an update for safety or compatibility. We aim to preserve legitimate progress but cannot guarantee recovery from device loss, deletion, unsupported modification, or corrupted data.
6. No warranties
BOOM is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
